بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ

94:1

أَلَمْ نَشْرَحْ لَكَ صَدْرَكَ

(۱) کیا ہم نے تمہارے لئے تمہارے سینہ کو کشادہ نہیں کیا؟

(1) Have We not expanded your breast (heart) for you?

94:2

وَوَضَعْنَا عَنكَ وِزْرَكَ

(۲) اور ہم نے تم سے تمہارا بوجھ اتار دیا۔

(2) And We lifted from you your burden.

94:3

الَّذِي أَنقَضَ ظَهْرَكَ

(۳) جو تمہاری پیٹھ کو (تمہاری پیٹھ کو توڑ کر) تڑ رہا تھا۔

(3) Which was breaking your back (weighing it down).

94:4

وَرَفَعْنَا لَكَ ذِكْرَكَ

(۴) اور ہم نے تمہارا ابول بالا کیا۔

(4) And We raised high your mention (and exalted your name).

94:5

فَإِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا

(۵) پس بے شک تنگی کے ساتھ کشادگی ہے۔

(5) So surely with hardship comes ease.

94:6

إِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا

(۶) یقیناً تنگی کے بعد فراخی ہے۔

(6) Indeed with hardship there is ease.

94:7

فَإِذَا فَرَغْتَ فَانصَبْ

(۷) پھر جب (کاموں سے، ضروریوں سے، نماز سے) فارغ ہوجاؤ تو (کرم ہمت کو) کھڑے ہوجاؤ (اور تبلیغِ دین کرو، اور ذکر اللٰہ کو پھیلاؤ)۔

(7) So when you are free (from duties, necessities, and prayer), rise up (and set your resolve, propagate the religion, and spread the remembrance of Allah).

94:8

وَإِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ فَارْغَبْ

(۸) اور اپنے پروردگار کی طرف ہی پھر رغبت کر۔

(8) And direct your longing toward your Lord alone.
