100. Al-ʿĀdiyāt

بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ

100:1

وَالْعَادِيَاتِ ضَبْحًا

(۱) دوڑنے میں ہانپ جانے والے گھوڑے اس بات کی شہادت دیں گے۔

(1) By the panting, galloping horses — they will bear witness to this.

100:2

فَالْمُورِيَاتِ قَدْحًا

(۲) (وہ گھوڑے ایسے تیز دوڑتے ہیں کہ ان کے کم کم پتھر سے رگڑا کھاتے ہیں) تو چنگاریاں اڑتے ہیں۔

(2) (Those horses gallop so fast that their hooves strike the stones, sparking) and strike fire.

100:3

فَالْمُغِيرَاتِ صُبْحًا

(۳) پھر صبح صبح (دشمنوں کو) غارت (اور تاخت و تاراج) کرنے والے۔

(3) Then at early dawn making raids (pillaging and plundering the enemy).

100:4

فَأَثَرْنَ بِهِ نَقْعًا

(۴) تو اس (دوڑھ) میں خوب گرد و غبار اڑاتے ہیں۔

(4) And raising a great cloud of dust in that (charge).

100:5

فَوَسَطْنَ بِهِ جَمْعًا

(۵) پھر اس وقت (یہ گھوڑے دشمنوں کے) لشکر میں گھس جاتے ہیں۔

(5) Then plunging into the midst of (the enemy's) ranks.

100:6

إِنَّ الْإِنسَانَ لِرَبِّهِ لَكَنُودٌ

(۶) بے شک انسان اپنے رب کا بڑا ناشکرا ہے۔

(6) Indeed man is greatly ungrateful to his Lord.

100:7

وَإِنَّهُ عَلَىٰ ذَٰلِكَ لَشَهِيدٌ

(۷) اور بے شک وہ (اپنی ناشکری اور نمک حرامی) کو جانتا بھی ہے۔

(7) And indeed he himself knows (his ingratitude and thanklessness).

100:8

وَإِنَّهُ لِحُبِّ الْخَيْرِ لَشَدِيدٌ

(۸) اور وہ تو (دنیاطلبی میں) دولت کی خواہش میں بڑا پرانحساخت ہے۔

(8) And he is, in his love of wealth (in his worldly pursuits), most intense.

100:9

أَفَلَا يَعْلَمُ إِذَا بُعْثِرَ مَا فِي الْقُبُورِ

(۹) کیا (آدی) نہیں جانتا کہ جب (وہ لوگ) جو قبروں میں زندہ کرکے اٹھائے جائیں گے۔

(9) Does he (then) not know — when those in the graves are raised back to life?

100:10

وَحُصِّلَ مَا فِي الصُّدُورِ

(۱۰) اور سینوں کے راز ظاہر ہوجائیں گے (یعنی پوشیدہ حالات معلوم ہوجائیں گے، باطن ظاہر ہوجائے گا)۔

(10) And what is in the breasts is laid bare (hidden matters will become known, the inward will become outward).

100:11

إِنَّ رَبَّهُم بِهِمْ يَوْمَئِذٍ لَّخَبِيرٌ

(۱۱) بے شک قیامت کے دن ان کا رب ان کے واقعات سے خوب خبردار اور واقف رہے گا۔

(11) Indeed on that day their Lord will be fully aware and well-acquainted with their deeds.
